Operation Panther Strike 2024

As a young PL, assumed the role of Acting Executive Officer on short notice when the company was left without senior leadership. Successfully directed training operations, coordinated detainee operations, and maintained MP support to the MI mission. His performance significantly contributed to the overall mission success.

Brigade TACSOP Revision

Upon transfer to 97th Troop Command, took the initiative without direction to review the BDE TACSOP, found it lacking, versioned and fully updated it to bring it into standard with current doctrine and TTPs. Demonstrates proactive ownership and doctrinal mastery.

MDMP Training Development

Developed a comprehensive 90+ slide training block on the Military Decision-Making Process. Used to train the entire 625th MP BN staff, strengthening battalion readiness and leader development.
