Some things still need
a real expert.

Regulated data

HIPAA, payment cards, payroll, anything the IRS wants — get those tools from someone whose name is on the line.

For example: we almost built a sign-on-screen tool for this talk — and didn't. Signatures and contracts belong with people whose name is on the liability insurance.

Customer-facing logins

A landing page is fine. A login form on the open internet is not. If strangers can poke at it, have it reviewed.

Expensive to be wrong

Tax math. Dosing. Anything where the wrong number costs real money. These need a licensed human in the loop.
